Crayon Magic (“we”, “us”) operates crayonmagicbooks.com. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
To process your order we collect your name, email address, billing address, and country. Your payment card details are entered directly into Stripe and are never stored on our servers — we only receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card.
We store your email address, a hashed password, and your order history so you can re-download your files at any time.
Like most websites we log your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We use Google Analytics (via Site Kit) to understand which products people are interested in. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the official browser add-on.
We use cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout will not work without them.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that make the store run:
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
