Every item sold at Crayon Magic is a digital printable file (PDF). Nothing is shipped. Your download links are delivered on the order confirmation page and by email immediately after payment.
Because our products are downloadable files that are available to you the moment your payment clears, all sales are final.
We make two exceptions:
To request help under either exception, email us with your order number and a short description of the problem.
Your download links do not expire and have no download limit. If you cannot find your email, check your spam folder first, then log in to My Account where every file you have purchased is listed under Downloads.
Still stuck? Email us and we will resend your files manually. We answer within 2 business days.
We describe every product in detail and show preview images of the interior pages before you buy. Please read the description and check the preview images carefully — buying the wrong title is not grounds for a refund, but we are happy to swap it for another product of equal value if you contact us before downloading.
